Apparently this happened at Stonehenge this morning. Of course a crowd gathered to observe the solstice there, and what should they see but a house panther blessing the new year!I consider house panthers to be the finest of luck, so this is a good omen for the new year.#WinterSolstice

Many cat owners consider black cats to be the sweetest and most loyal, and there used to be an old English tradition to give a black cat as a wedding gift-- partly for pest control in the new home, of course, but also as a spiritual blessing. Black cats were thought to ward off evil spirits.All I know is I had a house panther for nearly 15 years, a stray I rescued, and right around the time he died Mr. Lucky Katt got over his feral ways and came inside to be my new house panther.

@bytebro @Nonilex The woman has zero empathy or principles. The NYT will sanitize anything, so of course they're trying to make it look like this woman suddenly found a moral compass. No, she didn't.
