Comments:---------I was a butcher for a while with an old guy who was planning on retiring soon. He was afraid I was going to take his job and so he would never teach me how to cut. He would give me the grunt labor (which I understood, being a noobie) but he would always dodge showing me anything that would help me actually advance in the craft.
