@phanuel @goldfishlaser I love #meshtastic but if you want tv pip look into #reticulum. It uses the same Lora radios but is FAR more powerful for networking than meshtastic because it can uses many different radio technologies so you could have a 100 acre property on Lora radios connect to your home network and the internet. You can even use the meshtastic mesh to send private encrypted data on your network. It’s seriously bad ass.

We attended a local #NoKings event and met our district’s most famous Veterans Administration social workers.She made international news by asking our self styled moderate Republican Congress member what his red line would be for no longer voting in lock step with the president. Not only did he not answer her question, but when the entire audience was yelling at him to answer the question they hadn’t state stormtroopers remove her from this public meeting.

This is getting some boosts so I’m going to hijack my celebrity sighting to give more context. We live in a newly created district that is very purple. We narrowly elected a self styled moderate that votes with Trump 100% of the time. Due to quirks in the American law system if he has his voter town hall event at a private event he can kick out citizens which he can’t do at a public venue. He choose to have his event at a private venue so they could kick anyone out who causes problems.

He still hasn’t answered her question.For most of my adult life my vote hasn’t mattered for President, senate or house. Now we’re in a competitive district and can have a big effect in the 2026 midterms to take back the house.

The Miata seems to attract a lot more tailgaters this year. Really think it’s lizard brained morons that don’t realize my car is small and not far away from them. I was driving through a canyon road stuck in a line of cars with a BMW X7 m60 bumper six feet from my head for miles.

Everyone wants me to moderate stuff today. Someone reported my post about keeping yourself safe while driving in America to me the admin of this group. They suggested I use a CW.
