@BrodieOnLinux technicaly speaking they can just not upgrade to fedora 40, fedora 39 (which, does ship with X11) is supported utill 07/Dec/2024. Hopefully the problems will be fixed by then.https://endoflife.date/fedora

@BrodieOnLinux@linuxrocks.onlinein in my opinion there are two reasons:1. Developerss can be very opinion at times: As such they they want to build somthing for their own work flow.2. Developers are lazy: some times it's much easier to build something from scratch rather than take weeks or months learn something and then work it in your project.
