But if a billionaire is about to leave his country & become an expat just to escape taxation, then let's make laws that allow him/her to leave, but NOT with all their money...with  "only" 10 million € and a 90% tax on the rest of their capital...

       @ZDF Da lauert nichts. Bakterien, Viren, und andere Kleinlebewesen die man nur in starker Vergrösserung sieht sind einfach da, und wir leben in Symbiose mit ihnen. Immer alles abtöten wollen, was uns eventuell schaden könnte ist so typisch menschlich. Wir sind eine Killer Rasse, und machen auch vor uns selbst nicht halt.

       @ErikUden During the cold war, I used to pass the iron curtain many times. I saw very ugly things in Poland and east Germany. At that time, America guaranteed our freedom. It was a great country. I studied there, got married there...before the Berlin wall fell.
