@REX over 100 years ago Queen consort Alexandria said mystery is what keeps the monarchy alive. And I think it's on its last leg. The more people know about them the less they like them. And what is so stupid about the Harry situation is that the media is constantly outlining their sources of income and what they cost the taxpayers which makes the entire royal family look like celebrity parasites.

@REX 2/ Yes the queen is very popular in Britain now but she was not during the Diana years. Remember? And the palace PR team is working frantically making Will and Kate the perfect monarch family while trying to manage Harry, Meghan and Andrew. What's telling is that she is not stripping them of their titles. And they need those titles for their plan to commercialize the Monarchy, to work. I think Meghan and Harry are going to flame out after a while. they are overestimating their popularity

@REX @Itbj2 he just run a risk. Anything he says about Harry and Meghan will be taken as an affront to Britain. Especially as it looks like the queen is not going to strip them of their titles. Blood is thicker.

@MEMA @REX the queen has already surrendered to her tantrums. She has not forgotten what happened during the Diana years. Although that world has changed. She is also a lot older and frail. People may not understand that right now she's trying to save the monarchy which is not as popular as it once was in Britain. If you note she is promoting three generations of future Kings for a reason. Charles is not well liked.

@Debradelai my view is Obama sent out marching orders with his "leaked" call. Sullivan is using his position to drag this out for the election and let pro Obama people frame the narrative. It's also a constant distraction for what may still come out. It's despicable.
