@jessica @MeDueleLaTeta back when I was in a care facility for autistics (more info here https://embracing.space/@LunaDragofelis/108499897169573509 , it was hell), they had a cell in the basement where we would be put into when we were angry or broke rules. And I really wished the cell at least had padded walls to punch, but it only had hard walls which really hurt to punch.

I wish losing weight was easier and didn't require fighting against my desires to eat large portions of tasty food. Is there any way to suppress the desire to eat large portions, so I don't have to rawdog resisting it (and catastrophically failing so far)?Also how do I build stamina from practically zero? I can't do exercise like jogging because I will wheeze like an asthmatic after like 20 seconds of exercise. How can one build stamina from 20 seconds of exercise?I hate my meat prison. I wish I could just drop dead at will and get reincarnated as a cisspecies meltcat… stupid human body that wants to stay alive and keep all the fat.
