       @BrodieOnLinux To be fair, both sides are grown ups and I think they both  need to start acting like ones, Linus probably thinks the same. It is not his job to act like their parents. The maintainers should stop blocking for every small reason and maybe come up with a solution (like 1 directory dedicated to Rust bindings maintained by the Rust folk). That way you wouldn't mix 2 languages in the same project and everyone could be happy.

       @BrodieOnLinux @monotonehell Niche? Maybe on Linux if you use Tilers but that is common on everyother operating system. Especially if there is no way to auto hide your cursor after a given delay or as soon as you start typing. Also scrolling while the another window is in focus is really useful. Example scrolling through documentation while having your IDE focused.

       @BrodieOnLinux Proper multi-monitor setup with different refresh rates and resolutions, X11 is just way too outdated for basic stuff like that
