I'm so impressed with doing more complicated UI stuff in #Godot4 vs UE4, that native SVG support is really impressive.I'm able to do stuff I had to come up with hackish workarounds for.

You can use an SVG sheet as an atlas texture in #Godot4 ????The effort this just saved me on my workflow is like *hours*It also perfectly autosliced my huge SVG master sheet of shipper logos for #SmugglersOfCygnus and the output is *super* crispy.

An interesting thing I keep seeing on the #Unity vs #Godot discussions going right now is how utterly dated the comparisons are.People seem to want to compare Godot 2 or 3 to the latest Unity, when a better comparison would be Godot 4.I put it down to the fact that a *lot* of completed games on Godot are on older engines, which is natural.Check out some more current examples, and make *educated* arguments instead.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTCz5s1hNQgThere's still plenty to argue about :)

I can't believe how many little bugs I've run into in my mission system for Smugglers.I really hope I have them all ironed out here soon!#IndieGameDev
