To be honest at first I was like, ok if everyone is moving away from Guilded I'll just move too, nobody cares about Roblox and I haven't heard a single person saying that they will make an account and stay there.But now I'm kinda sad.It took me a long time to decide and find a place to make a little community, share about my projects and have a nice chat with some friends, and for the past few days I tried to look for alternatives and they all kinda feel off to me. Everyone is moving to Discord, I have an account there and will hang out in other groups but I really don't like that cursed place and I'd rather not bring any of my stuff there.Maybe I should go back to looking for something to self-host on my website but I already know that people don't bother making yet another account, (and you know how hard it is to get people to join an partecipate in something) that's why it was nice to have a place like Guilded that was not too crowded but yet accessible by people that were already hanging out there. Plus the ADWC and Iron Age communities were there and very active (one of the reasons why I joined in the first place), but now they are all migrating.Even if in the end I decided to do this stupid account to keep my server I'll probably just be there alone talking to myself.I don't know, I'm just bummed. I'll keep looking for another place to go or a way to make my project come to life like I always wanted.I'm trying Revolt chat, but again, dragging people there would be even more difficult.Anyway, we'll see.(And yes, I like Minds, but it doesn't work for what I want to achieve as all major social media and I wouldn't want to end up making a Facebook group like it's 2010 😂)
