@loppear hi! Thank you so mich! To answer your question: yes, most of the time the border is taped. Sometimes it's not, examples of not taped borders are further down the timeline. The taped border looks neat, it's purely aesthetical.

Painting little nonsence inbetween the layers of a bigger piece...Outside of my little cozy corner the world is burning, people are beging killed for their skin colour, arrested for whom they love, discrimitated because of their sexuality or gender, die because of the virus that is spread by people who don't want to "miss out"... Another bunny painted with liquid graphite (while it feels like charcoal) for the newest video.I can't express enough how satisfying it is to me to work without a pencil drawing. Something's off? Go with it. Mistakes are part of the process and finished artwork. It's a bit messy, but that's fine. The lines are wild. The shapes bold. There are no rules given by myself to hold on to. It feels like freedom. I paint shadows to create light. I'm in love with the process.#art #traditionalart
