@gazelle I noticed that my family doesn’t notice when I feel really really low when I am alone but can’t make it better all by myself, but almost threatens my SO if I still look sad because they « want my happiness ».Now, I don’t know how to explain them that they actually make me feel miserable most of the time because of their behaviour and that mine is a reaction to theirs.It’s just a problem I have with them among others.
