@icare4america We've managed to stay well, but there are a LOT of people sick in my town, and I've been making elderberry syrup more frequently. My husband heard when he was working yesterday that a local hospital (the best one, really) was overwhelmed and had to send patients to other hospitals' ERs.

DirectionsLine two baking sheets with silpat mats or parchment. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350F.Combine dry ingredients until mixed well. Cut in butter. Mix in maple syrup, vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in milk chocolate chunks. Scoop onto lined baking sheets and flatten each cookie slightly with a wet spatula.
