Update on the saga with the zookeeper - she just dumped me. We had a date not yesterday but last Sunday. I thought it went well. Tuesday I sent a picture of myself in red lingerie as her favorite color is red. She got a little tentative after that. Said I was stunning on Wednesday morning, but didn’t text after. Went radio silence on me. I texted yesterday and then called today and left a voicemail asking if she was okay. She texted this evening and said “ Hey sorry I've been kinda mia. I'm fine just haven't had room in my brain for other people.”Then “ I feel like I mislead you cuz I'm not a dominating outgoing person. Im shy and I like silence and time alone. Honestly you and I could have fun but I dont see us working long term and I dont want to waste your time or mine.”I responded that she didn’t mislead me and apologized if I was too forthcoming. I thanked her for the fun times and her honesty.I got dumped. I think I came on too strong for her. She is a baby bi. I thought things were going well and she was just busy the past couple of days. I got dumped. Yes, I’m crying. I’ll be okay by next week, but I’m pretty hurt. I really liked her.

Last attempt and then I’m going on a dating hiatus. I have a date on Friday with a woman in seminary to be an interreligious chaplain.She’s a major social justice warrior. She’s a bit in the gender woo woo which I hate, but is able to see my perspective on why children shouldn’t medically transition so salvageable. She’s also bisexual but says she is “open to any gender.”She works in social service and is a kind hearted woman who cares about others. Hoping I can peak her a little more.

Sigh, had a great first date last night with a woman who works in social service. Highly intelligent and quite compassionate. We had a lovely dinner at an Indian restaurant followed by dancing at a country bar. This morning she texts me inquiring further as to comments I made about those who identify as 'nonbinary' and referring to Demi Lovato by 'she; pronouns. We end up in a long debate and I end it with the statement that I'm a gender atheist and she's preaching gender ideology so this won't be remotely productive. She agrees and we haven't texted since. I don't know if she'll want to see me again, but I'm losing more patience with those who genuinely believe in the nonsense or simple appease it. Hi, I'm a beautiful woman living in Iowa. A perfect 10 lookwise. I'm a graduate student, teaching assistant, and a single mother. I'm a great cook, wonderful with children and animals, a reproductive rights activist, a writer, and I acknowledge material reality. I'm 31 so young and vibrant, but have gathered quite a bit of wisdom. Looking for a woman living in Central Iowa that's smart, kind, beautiful, and doesn't believe in fairytales.

I’m taking a history of birth, medicine, and disease class from this amazing professor I had as an undergraduate who encouraged me to achieve greater. I attended the first class session yesterday wearing my “i ❤️ J. K. Rowling” facemask. My professor said that she liked it.I knew she was a real feminist!I’m going to wear all of my terf facemasks to that class.
