you should strive for being able to buy a house near a village or small town. not too far away from people but definitely away form the noise of modern world and all the chaos and politics. get a few dogs, maybe have few chickens. grow a flower and fruit garden(for beauty and pleasure, not for food) and keep away form consumerism. enjoy a daily cigar or a pipe, have some whisky, roast some food on open fire, grill some steaks, enjoy the sights and sounds and smells of nature around you.

i have lost 7.5kg in 10 weeks of running. in this time, i run about 530km. not bad. i have reached my goal to getting to 90kg of body weight. but i see i am still fat, or rather i do not look as good as i thought. so i will be looking at 5 more kg to get to 85kg. i'd like to look good but i also have concern of losing too much weight. i know i will keep my muscle but the weight also gave me more confidence in my ability to fight and whatnot. being lighter might make me look weaker that i'd like.

went for 18.5 km run today. again. as it is cold before noon, i wear multiple layers. i usually wear rashguard at the bottom but went with basic sports t-shirt. oh man, was that a mistake. i must have been in deep ketosis because my sweat+friction from the t-shirt, compared to rashuard's tight fit, caused me skin burns all over my torso. lol. never happened before. it's wild.
