So in case it wasn't obvious, deploying the initial pass at the @BuddiesOfBudgie website and release of the Q1 blog post has been delayed while I help right the @Solus ship. It's been quite the journey to even get to this stage but should be wrapping it up soon.Looking forward to getting back to Budgie Desktop stuff, just wanting to help some other folks out first :)

Just me or has the @matrix network been incredibly laggy more often recently? Ended up completely giving up on a conversation because the instant messaging was not remotely instantly. I'd have better luck using carrier pigeons.

Have had the worst luck trying to get Diablo IV to run. Furthest I get is it throwing up a white application error dialog when trying to launch, and Battle.net constantly trying to update games (and either failing or there aren't any updates, I'm not sure).Tried with older and latest DXVK, VKD3D, the special "Diablo 4 beta" lutris-GE WINE version, latest WINE, fresh install of Battle.net, etc.Either it's not liking Intel Arc on Linux (possible) or some other weird shit going on.

Joined the GE discord and seems some folks have had success with DXVK v2.2 and VKD3D v2.8, guessing my effectively "beta" hardware is not deciding to play along since those options don't work.I wish Blizzard actually communicated the application error to help with debugging.

@Evv1L @frameworkcomputer Memory and storage are optional parts that you can add yourself. If you price out DIY with similar parts to pre-built, including the Windows 11 Pro license which is mandatory on the pre-built, you'll find they are fairly close.I imagine they disassemble since they need the parts for QC, even if that DIY order doesn't actually come with them. Otherwise they end up with too many SKUs.

Fedora: We don't want to violate user #privacy. We need to figure out a way of retaining user trust related to telemetry.Also Fedora: Hey let's propose that telemetry is opt-out and that we gather #telemetry even in use cases where the metrics should really be gathered by the respective application, desktop environment, etc. instead -- where they can make the best choices with and for their community.Is #fedora trying to follow Red Hat's lead in pissing off the community?🤦
