       @stux did the owner pay the taxis for the people who couldn't get on with the streetcar? Because that's what they do in Germany with people who park their cars in the streetcar's way. All the people who are blocked in the streetcar get a taxi and the fares are billed to the guy (let's face it, it's always a man) who parked the car. As well as a fine and the cost for removing the car. And all of that money is payable before he can retrieve his car from the collection point.
