       @stux I guess all telco companies all are like that.. Happened to me as well at the Polish branch of the company that is also present in NL (originates from Germany and really likes magenta)... Although I was heavily tested from my LTE-5G/fibre networks skills during recruitment process I ended up in a call center, answering calls from angry business customers that got scammed by sales department for an service they don't need/was not available in their area/practically not working due to heavily overbooked network.Not to mention that I got basically instructed to lie the customers all the time or make stupid cover ups for not my fuck ups. Air conditioning in one of the critical data center on fire/half of the business customers on one, non redundant fibre optic that got cut etc. was a daily occurrence there.And at the end of the day I was getting yelled at like it was MY fault.Even though it's been almost a year I still haven't recovered from this with my self confidence evaporated practically 😅
