       @wjmaggos @QasimRashid let's tax them until the deficit is back to less than 5% GDP...then put into statute that anytime the deficit goes above, the "progressive" tax rate starts at the top.

       @wjmaggos @QasimRashid Another thought...when they ask why they should pay more than they do now, a good reply is "Think of it as insurance...how much are you willing to pay to protect your billions from a market failure or military takeover???"  I it's probably more than the current rate of essentially zero...
