#ASD people, when do you feel it necessary to tell others that you're Autistic? My 11 year old kid is trying to navigate his world and we're not sure when or if he needs to share. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊

My autistic kid hates it when people say "Everyone is a bit Autistic". I have severe depression and told him I feel the same when people say "Everyone gets sad". Being different is hard enough, but having to educate people that we're not "all the same" should not be an added burden. #AutisimAcceptance #Depression
