Her left eye is noticeably higher than her right, which makes her left ear seem out of alignment with the rest of her head. In fact, it looks like someone just copy-pasted her eyes and didn't rotate them to match the alignment of the rest of her face. The nose being barely visible in the shot just makes the effect even worse.
