@ACL9000 I like it and based on what I can observe in myself, it appears fairly accurate. But even if the numbers aren’t as perfect as what a doctors office one can give you, I feel like the basic overview is still there. I neither gained or lost a single pound in those two weeks off, but my muscle mass decreased and I know that to be obviously true.

@ACL9000 Ah, brutal. Good for you sticking it out though. Sometimes I think eating a meal ends up making you hungrier than just continuing with a fast. Like if you were to eat breakfast and then try to make it to the next morning without eating, you’re extremely hungry by evening whereas eating dinner then waiting until the next evening to eat seems easier. Self improvement is so much fun and excitement 😐

Well, my wife delivered us what is likely to be our final child, and a boy at that. Everyone is doing well and healthy. My heart is full. God is great. What a beautiful life.
