@crunklord420 @josh This is the right answer. Buy a Kobo, download books from wherever (eg. libgen), manage them with Calibre. No need to even connect the ebook reader to the internet.

@josh Honestly though shareholder proposals don't do much, at best they'll generate some embarrassing headlines if it's just a handful of people with an axe to grind. If you own <1% as a group, no one cares about you. Execs and founders generally own a big chunk sometimes with special voting privileges, and another big chunk is typically owned by Blackrock or pension funds that just operate on autopilot.
