@leo @spokeek I think Meta will know that someone at twit.social followes user X and Thread. Potentially, a bigger deal for users of small instances.IMO this seems like a worth-while trade-off.

@MishaalRahman I just got access to Beeper last week and was so thrilled to get it set up. How does this not need a Mac? Does it support sending iMessages from a phone number or only an email?

@MishaalRahman that is amazing! And even better than the original beeper which only lets use iMessage with a iMessage email (people can't send you iMessages to a phone number), you look like a kid without a phone.
