Don't fall for this. This guy isn't based, he's acutely aware that there isn't strong support for mass executions. Also legal executions take decades during which time they get back into power, pardon them all and give them citizenship.He does however, want to extrajudicially kill you.

When the first MAID assessor arrived she withdrew approval (that she may never have actually given - we only have the husbands word on this). You'll note she cited religious beliefs for not wanting MAID. That's not the sort of thing people tend to be wishy washy on.
