@ZachWeinersmith the only way to enforce international laws is to do action. Any action needs some UN Security Council binding resolution. And then as long as veto rights members shield Israel, nothing happens. And then countries who go "enforce" in case it passed would be Assad's buddies like China and Russia and we know they're international criminals themselves, all three

@ZachWeinersmith there's other forms of UN actions that require invitation from some legitimate authority. But Hamas are NOT one authority, that one is in Ramallah and Abbas condemned Hamas. So Hamas can't get legitimate support of some Arab states or Turkey, that would be Direct Military Aggression instead of help

@chris Russia declared Sevastopol "their city" in 1993, tried to steal Crimea in 1994 (MeshkoV) and 2003 (Tuzla incident), forced Ukraine with economic aggression to put Russian forces in Sevastopol, by Kharkiv treaty of 2010, and finally those forces attacked at February 20, 2014... btw what is NATO? We never saw them!

@stux the White House can invoke the Insurrection Act just because some sanctuarious mayors refuse to copperate with the ICE. I know it looks weird but they make such contradicting laws, when asylum seekers at the same time are guilty and subject to fines and deporto, because of illegal entry.
