In all seriousness, and without a shred of evidence, I'm convinced someone in the MoH here in BC had a plan for something like this, years in the works. The speed with with initially testing stations were set up, and then mass vaccination clinics in community centres across the Lower Mainland, was pretty amazing.

Every time I and/or the kids visited a clinic, it ran pretty much as you'd want: controlled lineups outside, minimal time inside, quick jabs, in and out. And these ran for *months*, in community and cultural centres who probably expected to be running all kinds of other programming in that space…
