Maybe I’m just a crazy, impractical, probably-commie dreamer, but I wish my medical decisions were being made by the medical expert on the scene and not an accountant four states away.But hey, while I’m at it, I might as well wish decisions about music were made about musicians and not accountants. Or that decisions about education were made by teachers and not accountants.
