I love that you just mentioned COMT. Our MTHFR & DAO, plus GAD(?), etc, pathways, can all play into anxiety.Too much folic acid in wheat & processed foods is enough to tip many of us.I feel your pain, Myshkin... came close to my 1st panic attack this week w/real estate crap, but I settled for hot mess anxiety 😆 Crazies unite 💪💪
