@publius Ah, but the technicians are limited by those decide what they are willing to pay them to do, and what they pay them to do, is what will keep them in power, and garner for hem,, the value of the work of who labor under them. When the techies get smart enough to unionize, i might entertain the belief that they can save us. As long as they remain clueless how capitalism works... not so much.
