there was a study about young women and how they are the most influenced by peer pressure and advertising. How we should be very careful what they are exposed to at a young age, because of deviancy.Men also, but they have testosterone and think more independently than women.This could be the theory as to why teachers/communists' are promoting sexuality at such a young age to children.
