@Ronico I grew up in area of North Dakota where the terrain is perfectly flat. When I moved to South Carolina, it never occurred to me that the sun sets much earlier behind mountain peaks. 😂

@arstechnica My 2013 Fiat 500 has a manual transmission. I would’ve preferred an automatic, but it was a year old, and otherwise was exactly what I wanted at a great price. I hadn’t drove a stick in 30 years. It even has a Hill Assist function which is great for my part of the country. 😄 #Fiat

I visited Poinsett Bridge in northern Greenville County, yesterday. It was built in 1820, and spans 130 feet with a 14-foot arch. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated to the point where an extensive renovation project was necessary.
