@umad80 I see that as a common issue that a lot of people have. It seems that they have a need to be "right." It's like it's a competition and they feel a compulsion to win.

@StevenDouglas Thanks for posting! It's the first time I've seen anything like it.It's right down my alley - I love stuff like that. It reminds me of a chemistry lab experiment.A while back I started drinking occasionally after being off it for years. Just the odd cup now and again. I decided that the easiest, most delicious cup I could make is with the pour-through Hario V60.
