Now a Democrat is talking up the bill, pushing every right wing talking point against puberty blockers, hormones & surgery for teenagers. @PereUbu @Radical_EgoCom Stochastic pressure is untargeted; it finds those who are the least emotionally stable on any side, and pushes them to their breaking point to take action. Actions that society previously restrained them from taking. Look back at the history of anti-queer violence, anti-POC violence, etc. - we're just moving up on the curve at this point. Right now only a very few of the very most extreme outliers are acting on it, and in fairly dysfunctional, non-coordinated ways. It can get much worse.I agree with you that something awful is likely to happen, but awful things have been happening for seven or eight years now and non-affected people seem to be becoming accustomed to it, and thus unaware of the ramping up.

@lowqualityfacts It works for them, just not so much for the child. Kids growing up in that world don't know that them being gay is even a possibility. Then they become adults, move out into the world and discover the lies they were sold & the years stolen.
