@JeffEmmerson Oh, as we share "some" of the details of our crazy #adhd lives, it lets everyone else realize that they are not the outlier who nearly died a dozen times with risky behavior, lost jobs including some with millions in stock options with impulse decisions (whether right or wrong) and who still struggle but now see hope may give others hope.

@JeffEmmerson Jeff. I lost my weight a little less than a year ago. Just a little stricter version of my new lifestyle diet. It was also summer and I kept moving. I went from 240s to 205. I stopped there where I plateau-ed, going back and forth between gaining three pounds and losing three pounds for three months. I was on lifestyle diet but wanted to increase muscle mass. So, now I'm mixing in cardio (it's just walking) with strength training (it's just push ups and yoga). I'm at 197.

@wordrascal @davidr Note taking is the only way for me to half ass pay attention. Spoken words are like clouds drifting by, I retain nothing from oral presentations. I like to follow the presentation hard copy or other notes while taking my own. Mine is some adhd and some being trained as a journalist. On the phone after we've been talking a few minutes, someone says, "you may want to write this down." I say, "I've written every thing you have said so far including hello."
