The media tries so hard to obey the TRAs, yet the "ideology" is so nonsensical, the rules are full of contradictions. The "men" are "non-binary" yet isn't "men" a binary reference and "femininity" a binary concept? And if this is a performance, why is "self-expression what's important? Given that these are males, do they have the powerful grace and agility in these roles that female performers have? Women might enjoy football, so is the NFL allowing adult human females to "express themselves" by adjusting the sport so they can play professionally for viewers? @juneseed @GCat @fpcgggc If you think about it, we humans are surrounded by more nutrition options than humans have ever had throughout our evolution. People's fear about not getting enough nutrition if they become vegan is, I think, based on 3 things [I'm not making any judgments here, just offering "food for thought"]:1. It's hard to consistently make smart choices when we are surrounded by addictive junk food., and meat and dairy can be a short cut to getting certain nutrients (It's also a fast route to filling up with antibiotics, and the energy of miserable, tortured creatures, unless you're careful to eat only humanely raised animals)2. The power of habit, and the difficulty of meal planning in a meat oriented culture3. The propoganda of the meat industry, which wants everyone to believe people need meat. This industry is so powerful it even silenced Oprah, a billionaire with constant access to an uncancellable media paltform, who didnt dare question the meat industry twice. The industry wants everyone to believe that meat is essential for basic nutrition and IT'S NOT.That said, I do personally support people eating humanely raised animals and/ or humane certified dairy if they believe veganism or vegetarianism is too difficult or if they worry about getting enough nutrition. The more humane systems need to be economically supported, as a transition if nothing else.

Now it's the neighbor to the north that's spiraling quickly into totalitarianism.Thank goodness for the freedom convoy and other resistance. @Chronic-Yonic @Ladyfat Well I really don't get it. I mean if there was even a vague pattern to point to. But he's in the public eye advocating for women's rights, and not with a watered down perspective, regularly, week afrer week, and has been for several years now. Most people either collude, cower, or fight back anonymously. That doesn't excuse the tweet but his immediate apology and the fact that the comment isn't a pattern with him, as far as I know, makes it a non-issue imo. Unless winning this battle is about squashing the one time mistakes that allies make.

@Chronic-Yonic @Ladyfat I don't think he's *for* AGPs per se at all. He's totally critical of men - and in an unusually articulate way that I find useful - who are abusively using trans politics, and he often refers to the AGP motives behind their behavior. I haven't heard any off comments by him about pedos, I would certainly like to know what if that's the case. Whether he's in the "true trans" camp or not, I think the movement needs to realize there is a learning process, not just a peaking. There's also a need for tolerance of diversity of thought. Withiut that, there's not going to be an effective movement. And I don't mean tolerance as in "all opinions are fine." I mean, diversity of thought is an opportunity for making your case for your beliefs. Are we suppose to think Kathleen Stock is a threat to women's sex based rights because she's more in the true trans camp? If so we might as well pack up our battle gear and enjoy the last remants of sex based rights while they last because if we apply a purity test to everyone, in lieu of making persuasive arguments to them and others who aren't sure where they stand, we don't stand a chamce of winning.

Your argument is interesting and informative, I'm glad you're backing up your opinions. Slamming someone who spends a lot of time fighting against trans erasure of women and expecting everyone to remain silent in response is much more like "policing."
