Best tweet regarding the state of video games.There were far too many people outside of here thinking that nature was magically healing and that woke was dead. @Ghislaine I was window shopping for iPads the other day and I was shocked to find out after an admittedly brief search that iPads, which come with Macbook processors, still don't even have VSCode or any other decent code editors.At least iSH looks pretty cool.

@VD15 VR is amazing if you are into racing/plane sims. It's what I use it for. And unfortunately I don't have a dedicated sim rig so I don't play sims often enough. Oh, and Koikatsu in VR is nice, too.It's a great gadget with limited use.

Past a certain point, you understand enough code to notice things wrong with code.I've just gotten so tired of having all of these models say "You are absolutely right" when I point out a mistake they make or something they've neglected to do.Hell, they're not even that good of a teaching tool. You're better off sitting your ass down and actually learning whatever library/tool you need to use instead of just trying to vibe code shit. It will save you an enormous amount of time in the long run.

2015 really was 10 years ago. Absolutely insane how much shit has changed. We've had:- ICE car bans in Europe via LEZs and incoming sales bans- Internet ID finally materializing- Irreversible mass migration- AI slop tanking the internet and already starting to impact employmentEven anime and video games no longer have fanservice like they used to. Even the most cynical, jaded asshole couldn't have possibly predicted how bad things would get. And people just accepted everything, often celebrating it. 2020 was the inflection point and it was a sign that things were past the point of being salvageable.
