Front Pharmacol. 2023 May 12;14:1192022. doi: 10.3389/fphar.2023.1192022According to the current hypothetical model, FFA enhances GABAergic signaling via activity at serotonin (5-hydroxytryptophan, 5-HT) receptors and inhibits excitatory signaling through sigma-1 (σ1)-mediated mechanisms, thereby restoring the balance between inhibition and excitation (Sourbron et al., 2017; Martin et al., 2020; Sourbron and Lagae, 2022). Nonetheless, other mechanisms are likely to be involved. Recent data suggest that FFA confers clinical benefit beyond seizure reduction alone (Jensen et al., 2022; Jensen et al., 2023),According to the current hypothetical model AND other mechanisms are likely to be involved? What could possibly go wrong?

Good question.. but I would think the agency resposible for anointing something "safe and effective" would at least want to know how something works in order to proclaim it so? But perhaps that's a flawed assumption on my part..

What happens when the top heavy elderly population pyramid everyone was screaming about since the 80's, you know the ones that were going to bankrupt medicare and social security when they finally reach retirement age and begin using their medicare/SS benefits they've paid into their entire lives(which medically in the US can be a costly half million for the last 6 months per person)? Boom, a worldwide plandemic that specifically targets the elderly, those that do exactly what they are told for their health; the ones that take their medications, get their shots etc...

Either that or the police are too busy arresting people for "hurty words" posts on social media....🤔

I wonder if Werner Mendenhall would have the guts to take on the PREP act? And to challenge the zero liability that pharma has now since 1986?... I can't believe after all the cases his firm has won that they haven't considered it.

If it's an oil stain, use straight Dawn dish soap, scrub in with an old toothbrush. Since it's already been washed, you may have to repeat. Hope it helps :)

I don't remember any crimes being committed as "loving" either? Mentally ill, drug/alcohol induced, jealousy, opportunistic, desperation or vigilante even... Always thought "hate" crime was a stupid classification, especially when considering the question of who gets to "define" it I think perhaps it was around the time when "sticks and stones" went by the wayside and anti-bullying became a huge focus?

If they aren't being arrested, isn't that rather abstract proof they are in power... or at the very least working for whomever is?

So this medical degree in 2 years bothers me.went to looking and it says any MD program (US based)takes 4 years(assuming a bachelors' degree and prereqs Required are at least yearlong courses in biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry (or one semester of organic plus a semester of biochemistry) and physics. We also recommend courses in statistics, writing and social science per the northwestern site) completed... He graduates UC Davis 1984 with a BS in biochemistry, gets an MS in biology from UCSD in 1988, he then goes onto med school for 2 years (his words)in Chicago but lists his association with Northwestern Feinberg med school from 1984-1991? I don't get it. Unless it's supposed to cover the gaps in his CV for (assuming spring graduation) potentially fall of 1984, all of 1985 and potentially fall of 1988 through to fall of 1989 when med school would begin(med school is not rolling start)Bottom line? An MD can not be obtained in 2 years. Nowadays it can be done in 6 from high school in a BS/MD program but not sure what he's talking about on his CV. Not to mention a pathology residency is 4 years in the US? Unless he did the 1 year in pathology that unfortunately gives him a GP eligibility but who would see a GP with a pathology residency to check the box to be "licensed to practice"???...It's all kinda fishy to me.

Didn't she also set out to disprove homeopathy, but ended up proving it works something to do with the memory of water?

Can't remember exactly now, but I do remember it was an Irish lady that did so... and I remember hearing her name but don't remember why I know her name now. Yay for senior moments (said no one ever!)😜

I have a problem with lying period. If he was against transfections he should have refused to perform them and made his patients fully aware as to why(in the spirit of actual informed consent). Not only that, he took away their right to be stupid and make their own decisions. Because he "knows" better? I've seen that philosophy too many times in the other direction. Children get medically kidnapped because doctors don't agree with parents' medical decisions. He could refuse to inject and let them go elsewhere to get it done...It's a very slippery slope as to determine when a lie is good or when to make a decision for someone to "protect" them ... my opinion, that's all. :)

Same! Completely agree with the massive grey area, however, If I lie to "win" a war, I lose myself/my integrity in the process. Do you honestly think that when the parents found out they didn't go right out and transfect all over again? Maybe, maybe not. One can hope they learned the dangers, but sadly many don't. Most won't even take the time to look up or into anything themselves, even though information is easily accessible today. They prefer to have their minds made up for them and opinions handed to them. You can lead a horse to water but...

Unfortunately most don't even realize it. They actually believe in what they're doing.
