@grammargirl I mostly listen to podcasts when I go for walks, when I'm cleaning, or when I'm crafting. I listen to podcasts basically every day.

Wasn't sure if I should change an instance of "a while" to "awhile." Merriam-Webster didn't help, neither did Chicago Manual of Style. Then I was all, "Duh! Check Grammar Girl" a.k.a. @grammargirl and there was the answer I needed. #AmEditing

@Opie_Dokie @grammargirl I'm sure that every language has it's weird/unusual rules and exceptions to rules, but English sometimes seems to have more than its fair share.

@grammargirl Hopefully you'll have better luck with your bird tenants than we've had with our bird visitors. Sure they frequently enjoy seeds and nuts from our feeder, but we have yet to get a cent of rent from them.

@grammargirl is it me, or are you also seeing a lot of stores and online vendors offering Black Friday sales now, before Black Friday? I was at the Body Shop on Saturday and they had their store-wide BF sale on.

@grammargirl I will say that the one good Black Friday trend that I've been seeing, at least where I am, is that it seems like fewer stores are going to be open on Thanksgiving.
