@ai6yr @dgodon @goldenmeanie @ascentale @bikenite @Amgine A2. Going off topic a bit here...Mr Click Stand (or Tom as I believe he is more appropriately called) uses those as part of the stability needed when using a Click Stand. These work brilliantly for keeping a loaded touring bike (or any other bike) upright if you don't want or can't fit a kick stand. I've used them on many tours.Info and photo credit: https://www.click-stand.com/#Cycling #BikeTooter #BikeNite #BikeTouring

I am already starting to feel nostalgic for the ITV4 coverage of the Tour de France.#TDF2025 #Cycling #BikeTooter #ITV4

@ascentale @bikenite A8. On Sunday, my club's ride visited The Revolution Cafe, a cycling friendly cafe inside the Cotswold Cycles bike shop in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. It was a last opportunity to visit before the shop closes down and the cafe relocates.I couldn't help but wonder what had caused the damage to this frame hanging on the wall of the shop. Perhaps I am better not knowing.#BikeNite #Cycling #BikeTooter

@wesley @ascentale @bikenite If a cargo bike could carry cargo bikes, how many cargo bikes could a cargo bike carry?🙂#BikeNite #Cycling

@ascentale @drgeraint @bikenite There are probably many I could mention, but this road I cycled once and will never do so again.Returning from a cycle tour of the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, we travelled across Skye. The A87 from Portree as far as the A851 was terrifying. Frequent cars, buses and lorries passing at high speed and very close. Local traffic as well as what may have been tourists.I was constantly on the lookout for someone who might have taken us and our bikes to our destination so we could get off the road. I was more than willing to pay. Sadly, I did not find anyone.I don't care how nice Skye might be (nothing to get excited about in my opinion), I will never go there again and I recommend the same to other cyclists. In 30 years of cycling I have never been so scared on a bike.#BikeNite #Cycling
