Hi everyone,I'm looking for recommendation how to keep containers on a server up to date. Ideally something which can be used with a podman instead of docker. Any recommendation for a tooling or solution? Thanks!

@lunduke I was also thinking about this. It's interesting how the balance changed in recent years.

@opensuse I was thinking about similar solution for my home server. However, I'm still trying to find a solution to keep my containers up-to date. How to get notification that you should update your containers?Any idea?

@kev Maybe DNS issues? If yes, you can try 1.1.1.1 next time ;)

@mike I've used #VIM for a long time but right now I switched to #spacemacshttps://github.com/syl20bnr/spacemacs/I can recommend that. It's like having VIM with plenty of features the IDE editors gives you but without their restrictions. The community of spacemacs is pretty healthy and welcoming.

@mike As you have write there. I used Vivaldi, I was really happy with it! However, I don't want to support Chromium like browsers. It's almost monopoly of browsers these days. So I'm back with Firefox and Tree Style Tab plugin to support market diversity a bit.

@kev My advice. Don't use mouse. I'm trying to have a great ergonomic keyboard and trying to avoid mouse.I'm still using it but like 50% less.

@kev @utahcon ```Encrypting the drive prevents someone from taking the drive out and pulling my data. OS password protects my system from being booted and someone accessing my data.```If by OS password you mean user password than no. It's pretty easy to change user password if you can boot the system. It's great to block from the remote access or if you can't reset the machine (LUKS) but not as a protection from someone holding your data.

@nixchick @ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat And is better LibreWolf or IceCat?Right now I'm using Firefox with enabled strict privacy mode, privacy badger + ublock. Is there a benefit for me to switch to one of those?

@nixchick @ThreeBadgersInATrenchcoat Pretty interesting. I guess I'll give the LibreWolf a chance and see how it will work ;)

If you are still wonder where to migrate from #CentOS linux, please look here:https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/faq-centos-stream-updates#Q10As you can see #RedHat is working on improving Developer Edition (free of charge) so you could migrate even to RHEL for free.If Developer Edition does not suite your needs then please send your use-case to centos-questions@redhat.com so that #RedHat could improve the licensing appropriately.

@stunder Hello, I heard about this AIX first time :D.Don't have any idea what IBM is doing and in general I'm not interested in that. I love working on #opensource projects. I'm still working for #redhat and I would probably leave to another pure #opensource company if something would change this.TL;DR No thanks :).

New updates on #fedora #toolbox. It's a great tool which I recommend everyone who needs to play with #fedora or #rhel.https://debarshiray.wordpress.com/2021/01/14/toolbox-after-a-gap-of-15-months/
