       @Kevin this. This is a federated mastodon instance. Think Twitter but there can be multiple versions of it all with their own terms of service. This version is @Glinner 's. The people here have a common interest, but we can also look outside the bubble and see the widerverse. This is like the local pub. But you can step outside as go to the city club if you so wish.

       @Benwlv @Glinner Me too. That is what I love about the federation aspect of this platform. No one is banned wholesale and the general locality of an instance being like your local social group and as spinster is trying to be a female only space we would always try and respect that but also are torn with trying to be an ally. Now this exists it feels like there is a safe space women can dip in and out of as they see fit and us ally's can feel like we're contributing without imposition.

When I asked him if I'd been kicked he said it was my "Anti-trans tweets"!!?? No evidence, just cut out.Some people really will see whatever they want to in order to drive their narrative.

       @Glinner To be fair, I hadn't been checking in on there for a while as it was quite clear most of them had drank the KOOL aid. I had some good contacts for talking music, tech and synthesisers but being associated with the cult was not something I wanted so glad in a way.
