Weil das grad aufkam und viele das echt nicht wissen: Tut Euch jemand körperlich was an, ist schnelle Anzeige bei Polizei wichtig. Aber: Unbedingt parallel Zivilklage einreichen! Euer Anwalt kümmert sich auch darum, dass ev Spätfolgen eingeschlossen werden. Passt also auf sofortige und detaillierte Dokumentation der Behandlung gut auf. Gilt übrigens auch für Verkehrsunfälle mit Verletzung. Da nur mit Anwalt mit der gegnerischen Versicherung agieren - nie allein! #lifehack

PS: Schmerzensgeld gibt es nur via Zivilklage. Anzeige bei Polizei geht zum Staatsanwalt wg Strafverfolgung. (Wird häufig eingestellt.)Das hat mit Eurem Schadensersatz NICHTS ZU TUN!

@wauz oder so. Ging jetzt aber um Schmerzensgeld/Schadenersatz, das ist für die meisten wichtiger, als dass der Täter/Verursacher strafrechtlich was abbekommt. @Hilde

@wauz ja, aber es muss zivil eben AUCH laufen, egal wie. Die irrige Annahme, Anzeige reicht, der Richter bestraft den schon und ich krieg Schadensersatz, ist echt weit verbreitet. @Hilde

Was Tomaten betrifft, eskalieren wir hier völlig. Auf Brot, zwischendurch, als Sugo kalt oder warm, in Eintopf, wir haben beide nicht gewusst, dass Tomaten so schmecken können. Ich hab schon in Hessen angebaut, aber das war kein Vergleich. Kalkfreies Wasser, sandige Erde, viel Sonne, das macht's wohl. Jetzt versteh ich, warum die Paradiesäpfel heissen.

@nbrandsberg yeah, real drama cinema. We had from sun to snowstorm and thick fog within 10 minutes there. Dangerous, too, people often underestimate it.
