       cool great great cool, the medical system I do all my doctor's appointments through is cancelling everybody's bottom surgery as part of some new anti trans policy they have.  Now I have to ask my main doctor if I can still have my hormones and I have to ask my surgeon if they're going to follow suit or if I'm safe for now.  I love having life saving healthcare determined by a bunch of angry men who watched a tiktok account by a real estate agent and decided they knew better for trans people than the actual experts.  This is super cool and definitely isn't making me have a breakdown at all.
