Without documents, sworn testimony, and a coherent timeline, your post crosses into libel per se, a bare accusation of criminal conduct. Because this involves a public figure, you also risk the actual malice standard if you ignored basic verification. Memes or “opinions” don’t shield you when they’re presented as factual claims. Parody is protected only when no reasonable person would take it as literal truth. If you added text endorsing the allegation, you’re responsible for it.
