Amazing #lightpillars taken by John Moreau from #WallaWalla, Washington. Light pillars are caused when light reflects or refracts from #icecrystals in the sky, typically when snow is on the ground. Thanks for sharing, John! #wawx As posted by @NWSPendleton , Oregon from another platform.

The massive winter storm that hit most of the country around the Christmas holiday, left its mark on a gift shop in Door County. The Simply Scandinavian gift shop in Gills Rock was left covered in ice that built up over days of high winds, waves and subzero temperatures. #wiwx #Wisconsin #ice #winterPosted by NWS Green Bay, Wisconsin on another app.

The daffodils bloomed today for the first time this year, and they’re already drooping. It’s very dry outside, and we could really use some rain.#spring #daffodils

Been here for a few weeks, but haven’t done an #introduction yet.Hi! I’m Denise. I’m a fan of chocolate, caffeine, cake, wild weather, foxes, the moon and the stars, vanilla/strawberry yogurt, and cats, in whatever order. I’m kind of a recluse, there’s always a song in my head, I lived in Germany and miss it, and I’m very fond of naps. I miss my son, Everett, painfully—he died a couple of years ago. I value honesty, authenticity and kindness, not to mention having 500 characters.⚡️☀️✨🌗✝️🐈🌷😴
