@OpenComputeDesignEverything designed for modern electrical socket is designed for AC supply, both poles can be connected neutral- phase or phase- phase, indifferently. Modern fly- back DC supply is insulated 1 to 1.5 kV or more from input to output. No one can be "negative grounded", referring to input power. Do you think that USB receptacle on an electric car would be powered directly from battery, uninsulated?

@chjaraFrom what I read in the past, public water fluoridation was introduced several decades ago, and now there are evidence of problems not understood in the past. However it was common practice unly in USA (and UK, if I well remember). Not sure that mandatory supply of active substances without scientific reasons is an ethic practice in a democratic country.

@aralFor what I know, a server use computational resources ONLY when receiving and transmitting emails, or when the user search them in order to delete. Not when emails are stored, this involve only storage space.A data center use computational resources(and thus water for cooling) only when scanning emails/images/video in order to process them (AI training, police/intelligence scanning.So the suggestion could become completely counterproductive.
