       @MishaalRahman Another app having a similar issue seems to be Netguard (https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/15y7g70/google_is_going_to_remove_netguard_from_the_play/). Seems like the dev is considering ending support for the app too.

       @MishaalRahman Got four on the same phone (OnePlus 8) before I shut it down. Got them in English & Spanish. I suspect the latter two are caused by a OnePlus bug when reconnecting to data after loosing connection as I also got voicemail notifications with each reconnect.
