WiFi may be able to replace the need for low end wired NICs in devices, and it may be able to support high bandwidth in less dense environments but it’s not going to replace fiber’s speed or reliability.

       @ktnjared @brion Maybe they experienced the bug as a child, it annoyed them to their core, they went to university to learn coding, then graduated, made an account, and fixed it. Life goals complete.

       @stux I’ll take the one on the left. I bought a phone, I expect a phone. I already have my preferred sound setup. I already have wires run for charging on the nightstand, the car dash, the office desk, and the living room. I’ve got spare power bricks from when I removed the wall warts (emphasis on warts) and replaced them with slim/angled/double plugs. Why do I need bonus e-waste to go with the phone I bought?
