@volpeon my favorite is leaving a ton of empty space that populate when you hover over it, and then you'll have a chance to finding the button you want (and it won't look like a button).Better memorize all these invisible placement if you want a modicum of efficiency (also, it's all contextual and buttons move around all the time for your convenience, even though there's ample room to show everything).Yeah, the future is there.

@baldur The number of angles from which tightly integrating LLM into anything is a bad idea is astounding. Privacy, bias, ecology, efficiency, how they're trained, the actual training data…The upside of "but it can sometimes do a bad to average job quickly" is starting to look less and less attractive.

@ricci I'm not too sure because it's late, but it sounds somewhat similar to the sudoku's solver argument I often use. It's fun to *make* a sudoku solver software. Getting a pre-made one isn't fun. And the product is, ultimately, as useful as a book full of pre-filled crossword grids.Having a process that produce a sudoku solver faster with less work isn't that great.

@bortzmeyer Je ne sais pas si c'est LE plus gros problème :pMais on pourrait tenter "programmation/codage instinctif" peut-être. C'est moins romantique, cela dit.

@futurebird And that's assuming they actually *are* good at it. Unfortunately, determining what is meaningful and what isn't is not something an LLM can do, so… I suppose people finding automated summaries helpful either work with very small source material, or took it from granted and never looked at the source material.

@davidrevoy Not cool. RAM issues basically boils down to "everything's borked LOL".Although it might also be the slot on the MB that is faulty, not that it changes anything, since you use all other slots anyway. But, I didn't see other mention this: a LOT of memory sticks have a lifetime warranty. You could check if that's the case here.
